Although the rooms were a bit snug, they were comfortable and had a nice view. The hotel had some issues with payment process and hot water availability. The service was really good with friendly and helpful staff. The location was great and near the French Quarter, offering easy access to restaurants and local attractions. The service was exceptional, especially considering the availability of rooms due to cancellations from the storm. The location was perfect, within walking distance to many great restaurants and popular sights. Dining options were good but slightly expensive. Overall, a pleasant experience with a few minor drawbacks.
Staying in a Club Room Suite was a bit tiring as the room was far from the Club Lounge, and the decor could use a refresh, but the hotel's location in downtown New Orleans is ideal, right at the edge of the French Quarter and close to the business district. The service, however, lacked attention to customer care, especially with the valet on the 42nd floor. Dining options were varied, from the buffet downstairs to succulent organic chicken, offering a mix of experiences.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were nice, with a great view of the riverfront. They were larger compared to some other hotels in the area. The daily breakfast was a nice touch, even though the lounge lacked variety upon arrival.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the rooms were updated and comfortable with hot water and strong pressure in the shower, the bathroom was surprisingly small, and there were issues with noise isolation. On the bright side, the King bed was cozy, and the staff was friendly. However, the lack of soundproofing was a drawback.
